The 5x5x5,4x4x4 and 3x3x3 are available from www.have2have.co.za, but they're expensive. My standard 3x3x3, which is the official "Rubik's" branded one, I got for R100 from Toys R Us. I highly doubt they will have the 5x5x5. The ones from have2have are also the official brand. The 5×5x5 or the standard 3×3x3?
